In 1870 the Bohannons lived in Precint 5, Bowie, Texas. Powell Grove was the local Post Office. There were four in the family:
Benj, born about 1805 in Virginia. His race was Black
Kitty, born about 1807 in Virgnia. She was Mulatto.
Thomas J., born about 1857 in Alabama. He was Mulatto
Amanda, born about 1857 in Alabama. She was Mulatto also.
Does anyone know if Amanda and Thomas were twins? Were Benj & Kitty the grandparents.
