Let's Raffle a Quilt!!!

Hello Everybody,
I am looking forward to seeing our family in Wisconsin!!! We will have a great time together. We in Texas are really working on our activities. Are the rest of you doing the same?
I am attaching a picture of the quilt we will be raffling off during the 4 days there in Wisconsin. The quilt is being donated by Elphaney Haynes Dewberry. You may buy as many raffle tickets as you like. The final raffle ticket will be sold on Thursday at the beginning of the program. You can even sell a ticket to a friend that you let see it on the web site.

Someone can go home with this gorgeous quilt. It could be you.

We will use the money to offset the cost of a Haynes Family Booklet. This will be put together after the reunion is over. Ronnie Allen will be the prime constructor of this booklet. It will be mailed out to everyone after completion. It may take a while and I am sure Ronnie will appreciate help in the process. Talk to him before, during &/or after the reunion on how you can be part of the process of compiling the magnificent Haynes Family Booklet!!!

The Reunion was outstanding. This is due to Aunt Alma, Aunt Elphaney, Reggie, Albert, Ronnie, Rene and Don. Thank you again for going the "Extra Mile" for the Haynes Family. All of us appreciate all the work, time and money spent to make this a special week for everyone.

Also, it was great we were able to raise $195 toward our family reunion booklets.

Isn't it great that Uncle Leon was the winner of the quilt! When I last saw him at 1:30AM in Texarkana @ the drop off site (Walmart parking lot) he was holding on to his quilt. He even had it in the seat with him all the way back from Wisconsin. You think he may like that quilt!

Thank you, again, for participating in the Quilt Raffle. I look forward to seeing you all soon. As well as seeing other great pictures on Ronnie's Fantastic Family Reunion Website!!!! You go, Ronnie.

With much love,
Deborah Haynes
